SEPTEMBER 2026

AUGUST 2026

8/14/2026: Updated the Florida Local-Level Laws FULL REPORT on the Local-Level Laws page. The short version will be published later. (ADDENDUM: see 8/31/2026 notice)
8/27/2026: Update to the REGISTRY FEES page to reflect a good decision from the Kansas Supreme Court.
8/31/2026: updated the Florida Local-Level Laws FULL Report as well as the Florida Local-Level Laws Report SHORTER VERSION to reflect updates to local ordinances obtained after the last report was published. These have more up-to-date info for a handful of places.

07/05/2026: Added new recidivism study results to RECIDIVISM 102: CHARTS page

Added some new informaton from a 2025 recidivism report by R. Karl Hanson, German Marquez Alcala, & J.J. Prescotton the RECIDIVISM 101 and RECIDIVISM 102 articles; Added news info & reorganized the info on the SCAMMERS & VIGILANTES database
04/30/2026: Updated Wisconsin Local Level Ordinances on Local-Level Laws page

MARCH 2026

03/26/2026: Added notice on the front page of the OnceFallen website that Your Life on The List 2025 Edition is now available in physical form again. Also, throughout the month, a number of new housin leads have been added to the housing list. Added new notes on the PROTECT YOURSELF FROM VIGILANTES/SCAMMERS page as well as the VIGILANTES/SCAMMERS DATABASE page

NOVEMBER 2025

11/08/2025: Back in May 2025, I had announced I would be removing some pages (SEE ANNOUNCEMENT HERE), but after multiple suggestions, I have decided to keep those pages up BUT they will be changed to match the current, more frequently updated information from my book. Some pages will be archived but remain online, while others will contain the same info as Your Life on The List. Numerous pages will be affected, including the pages covering Finding Housing, Police/CPS Checks, Scams and Vigilante Protection Tips, Traveling as a Registrant, Parental Rights, and Probation and Parole Issues. A notice on the Second Chance Act of 2008 page was added to denote that page will b archived and no longer receive updates.
